Issuance of Tickets
An e-ticket will be raised for every reservation or booking made on our website. The ticket will be sent through the medium of electronic mail on the passenger`s email id provided to us by the passenger at the time of the booking.
ATOL Flight Financial Protection
You will receive a certificate if your flight booking is ATOL protected. You will be given the list of services that are ATOL protected. In some case where we won`t be able to do so, you may be provided an ATOL certificate by an alternative ATOL holder with the services you have bought. In such cases, the alternative ATOL holder will perform all the obligations following which you agree to pay any outstanding payment paid by you under your contract.
Airport Imposed Taxes, Fees and Charges
The price of this ticket may include taxes, fees and charges, which are imposed on air transportation by Government Authorities/Airlines/Airports. They may represent a significant portion of the cost of air travel, are either included in the fare or shown separately in the TAX/FEE/CHARGE box of this ticket. The customer may also be required to pay taxes, fees and charges not already collected.
Payment Refund

We accept any confirmed cancellation of a reservation. The cancellation will be effective on the day it is received by us. The client will be notified of the acceptance of the cancellation.
Amendments
No Amendments and alterations will be permitted online, once tickets or some other administrations are bought, changes and adjustments will be liable to the terms and states of the providers and would pull in a revision/change charge and sometimes amendments and modifications won't be applicable.

Travel Requirements
It is every passenger`s responsibility to carry all required travel documents, visas and permits, and to adhere with the laws, orders, regulations, demands and travel requirements of countries of origin, destination or transit. We do not hold any responsibility for the consequences of the Passengers' failure to acquire any required travel document, visa or permit, or to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and orders and travel requirements.
Passengers should cooperate and voluntarily present himself and his baggage for inspection by customs or other government or airport authorities, and for security checks. We will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the passenger in course of such inspection or checks or through his failure to comply with these requirements.
Follow up/ Check-ins
Passenger is requested to check-in 3 hours before the departure time of the long-haul flight and if you have a short-haul flight, you are required to check-in 2 hours prior your scheduled departure. You must follow up to know about any change or delay in your flight schedule before 72 hours from the airlines.
